Returns Products may be accepted for return only after written authorization from eCurrent and must be labeled with the eCurrent Return Product Authorization (RPA) number. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Applications for permission to return product must be made within sixty (60) days from date of shipment and executed within thirty (30) days from date of permission.

eCurrent may at its discretion grant permission for the return if the product is new, is currently a listed product on eCurrent’s website store, and is received by eCurrent in good condition and unused.

Products purchased at clearance pricing are not eligible for return.

All approved returns for non-defective product must be returned freight prepaid. We do not refund any shipping charges.

From the credit to be issued for approved returns, eCurrent will deduct a minimum service charge of 25% of the invoice value. Unless otherwise agreed, only items in original factory packaging may be returned. No credit/refund will be given for products returned in a damaged condition. Products returned for defects in manufacture or errors in shipment may, at eCurrent’s discretion, be accepted at full credit and without service charge.
